From the very beginning, a conscious decision was made to take care of our patients from start to finish, including billing and claims assistance. Our Patient Advocates are Certified Ambulance Coders and undergo extensive training to earn and maintain the CAC certification.

We work very hard to ensure that insurance companies and other third-party payers carry their full share of the financial responsibility for our services, and that the patient, family or facility doesn’t pay any more than absolutely required by rule or law. By processing our own billing internally, we can ensure that our customers are receiving top-notch LOCAL customer service.
